HELPS will officially close its three-year challenge at the Project Final Event, which is going to be held in Brussels on October 30th (Bedford Hotel and Congress Centre, Rue du Midi 135, at 9.30).
Over these years, HELPS fully explored the potential of a multi-sectorial and integrated approach to care services: health, social innovation and housing issues were faced by combining research studies with on-field activity.
The recent HELPS event - on June 23 and 24 in Venice - represented the very last internal and public appointment before the final event in Brussels. While all partners got the chance to make the point about the dissemination of the project results at a National and EU level, the public event European strategies and new instruments for housing policies” – hosted within the Headquarters of the Provincia of Venice in Venezia Mestre – confirmed, once again, the strong potential of HELPS in attracting a large audience:
ROME 2014! HELPS project will participate to the 22nd European Social Services Conference that will take place at the Sheraton Roma Hotel in Rome on 7 – 9 July 2014. This high profile event will be opened by the Italian Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Giuliano Poletti, and is organised in cooperation with the Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. This year’s theme is: 'Investing in people and communities. Social inclusion and social development'.
